ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Future Classics is currently only shipping within Japan. For international orders, please email your inquiry to cs@future-classics.co.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement of your order. The standard processing time will be 2-8 business days. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. You can track your order with this information, or sign into your account to check the status of your order. (Create your own Future Classics account here).
Delivery Time:
- Standard processing time 2-8 business days
- During sale periods and holidays, please allow up to 5-10 business days to process order
- Shipping confirmation will be sent by email with tracking number
Shipping:
- Free Local Shipping for all orders
- All available shipping methods and delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address. If you order multiple items at the same time, they may be delivered separately on different days. You can also specify your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order.
- Shipping Partner: Our shipping company is Yamato Transport. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package. You can also track your order online at https://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/en/
