Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Future Classics only accept returns and exchanges in Japan. We are not accepting any returns and exchanges of purchases made outside of Japan. 

Returns Policy: 

• Unsed, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. 
• Must be returned in original packaging, including any boxes, bags, and hangers. All official designer hangtag and packaging, such as authenticity card, dust bags, and leather tags must remain attached to the product. If the hangtag is removed and reattached, we will be unable to accept the item for return. 
• Accessories and Leather Goods must be returned unmarked and unscuffed in the original packaging. 
• All items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged. 
• All return orders must be emailed to cs@future-classics.co to initiate the return process
• Returns shipping cost will be incurred by the customer. 

Refunds:

• Once we have received the return items, we will confirm that there are no defects in the product and begin the return process. Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive the returned items, using the same payment method and currency as the original payment method. The return payment may take up to two weeks depending on peak seasons or delivery delays. 

Exchange Policy:

• At this time, we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired size while it is still in stock and shipping back your return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
